Training – course structure
BWF recognise the positive effect that teachers have in motivating children to lead active and healthy lives. To support the delivery of Shuttle Time in schools, BWF have created a practical 1-day course designed specifically for teachers. The course shows teachers how to deliver Shuttle Time activities to pupils in a variety of teaching situations, including:
- Large numbers of pupils in a limited space
- Limited equipment
- Mixed range of abilities
- Pupils with a physical or intellectual disability
All teacher courses are delivered by qualified Shuttle Time Tutors and offer teachers the opportunity to gain an International Certificate from BWF.
