Shuttle Time Activation in Saint Lucia

A Shuttle Time activation in Saint Lucia for PE teachers saw 10 participants certified as Shuttle Time Teachers and two as Shuttle Time Tutors. The activation was held 6-9 November 2023 at the Vigie Sports Complex and was part of a rollout intended for primary and infant schools in four districts of Saint Lucia in 2023-2024.

Shuttle Time Debuts in Cayman Islands

Shuttle Time broke new ground in November 2023, with its introduction in the Cayman Islands.

Greenland Hosts Teachers Course 

Sisimiut, Greenland’s second largest town, hosted a three-day Shuttle Time Teachers Course which was attended by 11 enthusiastic participants.

Shuttle Time Teacher Course in Bulgaria

The Shuttle Time Teacher Course was first implemented in Bulgaria in 2022. Over two years, Shuttle Time in Bulgaria helped train more than 400 PE and sports teachers in the intricacies of badminton, and these teachers in turn inspired an increasing number of students to play badminton.

Shuttle Time resources now available in isiZulu

BWF’s flagship Shuttle Time Schools Programme has educated 60,224 teachers globally from 163 countries. Shuttle Time resources have been translated into different languages and the latest available are Azerbaijani and Mongolian.

Shuttle Time Resources add Czech as 22nd language

Migrant Girls Get Badminton Exposure

Every sport has its own specific nature, which can provide a unique solution to the diverse needs of particular communities. This is certainly the case for badminton, whose educational values and benefits we intend to use to benefit vulnerable populations in Colombia and East Timor. This partnership with the BWF will allow us to be even more targeted and appropriate in operations we run in these two countries that have long suffered and deserve support in their efforts towards peace.
